great views , but minor service hiccups
The staff were friendly and always ready to assist us. The sea view from our Grand Beautiful Room was amazing, letting us savor coffee on our terrace by the Mediterranean. The location was unbeatable, placing us in the middle of everything, allowing easy exploration of local attractions.
The check-in process was a bit slower than expected.

Clean hotel with very polite and welcoming staff in the reception desk. Marvellous location in a good area, very close to the coast, selected shops, and the restaurant. Plus, 20 minutes drive from The Hungry Tree. Honestly nothing too much trouble.

Excellent hotel ..brand new..it would be better to add a room service and if housekeeping pay more attention to details E.G. Adding towels and showe gel..
The ac in room 204 was dropping water which was making noise ...the technician who came for inspection said that's how the ac operates and he noted the issue..

The views from the balcony are very nice, amazing!
I was severely disappointed by the outdated decor and furnishings in the common areas. Not to mention, the room I received was not as advertised. It lacked the separate areas I expected from a suite, leaving the space feeling cramped and poorly organized.

During my stay of 3 nights, I was captivated by the amazing sea view from my Grand Deluxe Room, which had a lovely balcony perfect for enjoying my morning coffee while soaking in the stunning vistas. The hotel's proximity to Raoucheh allowed for easy walks to the iconic corniche, where I enjoyed leisurely strolls by the Mediterranean. I also appreciated the efficient shuttle service to the airport. It was a good base for exploring local attractions like Zaitunay Bay and the nearby Archaeological Museum.

the loaction is good - near the corniche and near restaurants and cafes
they can atleast provide tea bags and coffee packets, kettle is provided but not useful without tea or coffee. theres no room service. Restaurant is not that great. hardly any english channels on TV.
